Metrodial has been a full-service Central Station since 1977, and meets all UL specifications for central station monitoring. They are approved by the New York City fire department to monitor commercial fire alarm systems in the 5 boroughs of New York City.
When an alarm condition ( Alarm, Trouble, Supervisory, or Monitoring) exists, every second counts. Within seconds of receiving an alarm signal, Metrodial operators are speed-dialing the premise and/or the local authorities. Their autodial technology allows them to make the appropriate contact without delay or any chance of a misdial. Numbers dialed are automatically logged into a computer history for later retrieval, and all operator activities and notifications are time and date stamped.
